Of course you can, in fact it is the same laptop as any other (except for the axis) ... but why?

Trite, Photoshop is needed. There and the screen on the Chromebook is excellent. I think it's nice to work with graphics on it.

Isn't Chromebook ARM?
Not Windows, not photoshops (except for android) on the arm.
Only Linux, only through chroot... if you're lucky.
