Why doesn't Google index some of the site's pages?
I uploaded the site to Google webmaster, indexed 149 out of 360 pages. Redirects write to the rest. Although there is no redirect, other than from http to https. But according to this logic, he should have put the entire site into a redirect, and not half of the pages.

look in the webmaster what Google sees on these pages and what response it receives
Just like that, the redirect would not be indicated in the Google Search Console, that is, since there is such info, then this is the reason why the pages fly out of the index. If you added not as a domain resource, but as a site with a certain prefix (http as I understand in your case), then a redirect will be written. Add either as a domain resource or as a second site with the https prefix
