Is it possible to put the Galaxy Gio WiFi module into monitor mode?

When I open bcmon it says "firmware model: not detected" and does nothing. When I unpacked the apk, I found 3 .bin files, judging by the names, these are "fake" drivers. But if none of them fit, what do you do?
