Is it possible to publish on Habré a link to a copy of the code archive that was blocked on github by the DMCA?

A couple of days ago I published an article on Habré - Building Open Source GTA VC and GTA III on Linux . And they just wrote in the comments that the repository was blocked by the DMCA. I had a premonition yesterday, so I cloned the repository just in case. The article seems to have even gone to habr users. And how to be now? Post a link to a copy, or a hash of the distribution, or let them search the Internet themselves?

By the way, on Habré they freely placed in the article a distribution hash for an archive (42.9GB) with the source code of the Microsoft OS (windows 2000, xp, and other files):

In large information aggregators like Google or Twitter, links to the source code were removed almost completely and very quickly, but if you enter the value from the magnet link in the search bar, then it is found on both Google and Twitter (if you want to break the law and download the sources, then the advice is that you only need the nt5src.rar file in the torrent).

This is not a clickable link, but just a hash, a combination of letters and numbers:
