have been blocked yadi.sk/d/1O7a1-9aQmcmz The
call to the provider did not give anything. They say that they do not block anything and I have a problem.
I tried different browsers, I tried from the iPad, bypassing the router. Everywhere the same picture.
What do you think? How to fix the situation?
I asked on Twitter - they say other Kursk providers open these sites.

Everything was fixed. Provider explanation:

Someone entered an entry of the form "line break space" in the blocking list of the federal registry, which was incorrectly processed when loading blocking rules. As a result, the list was not updated, and Habr and YouTube did not leave the lock (before that, they were in the registry).
PS 0.0.0.0, 127.0.0.1 was already on the block lists. Now we are waiting for ".ru" and so on...
