Is it possible to publish migrations?

I wanted to ask - I often have a problem when collaborating on projects on Laravel - if we use any package that has migrations, we have to notify everyone that we need to run migrations for the package.
Is it possible to do with migrations - like with configs - instead of running, just publish them to the 'migrations' folder?
