When I play steam games, notifications are always displayed, but when I close steam, notifications come, but I don’t see what they wrote there because the small notification window is completely black

I think it's worth adding the Expires and Last-Modified header

If you have several monitors, then try to move them in the location settings relative to each other.
If it does not help, then it remains only to shaman, well, or keep Steam open.
