Is it possible to prevent the user from disabling extensions in Google Chrome?

Hello.
I use the StayFocusd extension for Google Chrome, which blocks unwanted sites while I work. However, the ability to disable the extension itself through the chrome settings does not allow 100% use of StayFocusd (sometimes I break down and I can suffer outright garbage for 20 minutes). So I thought - is there a way to block the chrome extensions management menu?

You can download the Chromium source code, sew an extension into it and build it.
