I'm interested in the question in the section chrome://settings/contentExceptions#cookies -> Exceptions for cookies and site data Does the

term "Session only" mean turning off / on the browser or is it enough just to log out of the account on the site and close the tab?

support.google.com: If you select Session Only , all cookies from this site will be deleted when you close your browser.
