Purely from power banks, in my opinion, it will be inconvenient, they were not designed for such a consumer.
Putting the inverter on 220v is stupid, because the computer converts these 220v back into a set of low-voltage voltages.
You can order a scarf from China, which converts the input voltage into a set of voltages of the ATX connector, at least for a moment. well, and a converter from 5 volts of a power bank to 12 volts (as far as I remember, this scarf consumed such a voltage) of the corresponding power. All STE junk wind up with blue electrical tape.
If you do not cycle on a power bank, then this is implemented in every laptop.

It is possible to power it, it will turn out a pathetic parody of a laptop.
But if you need this bundle to work, then you need to clearly define which PC and which (s) power bank (s).
