Is it possible to pay for applications in the Google Play store using PRO100 system cards?

There was a need to write a number of applications for a company whose plastic cards are serviced by the PRO100 system. Hence the question, is it possible to pay for applications in the Google Play Store with a PRO100 system card?

if my memory serves me right, it’s just a wack, and it’s not a mastercard and not a visa, respectively, no one abroad knows about it, and we actually do too, so alas.
