How to satisfy the bank's requirement to provide a copy of the agreement when withdrawing funds from Google Play and Microsoft Windows Store (FOP (SPD), Ukraine)?
Hello!
Friends, share your experience of legal withdrawal of money earned by overwork from Google Play and Microsoft Windows Store for FOP in Ukraine!
To withdraw funds transferred to the FOP's foreign currency account, Ukrainian banks require a copy of the agreement concluded with the non-resident making the transfer, confirming the legality of the funds received. They also ask for Certificates of Completion and Invoices.
Our banks are guided by the NBU resolution No. 136 p. 4.2: "Banks of taxation at the time of the need for a non-resident to cover the cost of a resident for the remainder of the (deposit in the form of operation) copies of: an agreement with a non-resident, acts and other documents that confirm the export (import) of products, in services), granting intellectual property rights to export...
But it looks like Google and Microsoft do not personally sign contracts of this kind with each developer. There are only Agreements that are accepted by pressing the "Accept" button inside the developer's account. And they can be printed, but naturally there will be no signatures and seals on such an agreement, but it seems that the bank will not accept it without this.
Here in the commentsit seems like an employee of Microsoft Ukraine promises that all the necessary documents will be sent along with the payment. And he also talks about some kind of additional agreement for Ukraine, but when creating a developer's Windows Store account, I did not see any additional. agreements.
Calls to Google and Microsoft support do not give useful results. Goole claims that all the information I need is in my Google Wallet account, and they do not send paper copies of documents.
Dave from Microsoft UK Support responded reassuringly:
I see. No worries. We do have a specific team for you. This is handled by our Marketplace Billing Team.
Please call this number at +38 044 496 03 10 or +38 (044) 230-51-01 and they will connect you to that team internally.
