Is it possible to overclock memory on boards with Q87 logic?

I really want to buy a "server" based on Q87 - there is vPro + Intel ATM - i.e. built-in KVM - which can save a couple of thousand on kvmwires and IPKVM itself.
But, the server has great requirements for working with the memory subsystem, i.e. acceleration is meant.

The question is - is it possible to overclock on this logic? Most motherboard manufacturers' websites say up to 1600 DDR3 is supported. Does it just not work in bios? Or not advertised?

And another mini-question - do vPro + AMT somehow affect processor performance? At least 0.5%?

Why drive iron that should work 24/7/365?
PS My file washer on Q77 calmly digests 1866 MHz .

In my case, more than 1600 will not work.
Although the same QM77 on a laptop produces 2133 MHz. Memory, of course, is different.

If possible, take this processor and memory and run it on a motherboard that supports overclocking. On my desktop (i5-3570K + 8GB DDR3), depending on the task, the increase in memory overclocking from 1333 to 1866 was 0-7%, in most tasks 1-2%. So I wouldn't sweat too much. On server loads, the average increase can be larger, but it is unlikely to exceed the upper limit of 7%.

Have you picked up a processor yet? The fact is that Intel is very opposed to improving performance in niches that can compete with Xeon. Thus, the 4770K differs from the 4770 not only in the presence of a free multiplier, but also in the absence of vPro support.

Both technologies are not implemented by the processor; are not processed by it, and therefore should not interfere with the speed. But I haven't seen any tests.
