Is it possible to organize the work of physical persons (on the basis of an agreement) with a foreign legal entity. person through PayPal?

Hello!
I conclude an agreement with a foreign counterparty (legal entity), they are ready to pay on PayPal. Do I need to open a corporate account for this, and what is the situation with taxes in general? Do I need to pay a pension contribution? Otherwise, it turns out 13 + 23 = and it doesn’t even make sense for me to take on such a job. Who can tell?

To accept payments from legal entities (i.e. from corporate Paypal accounts), you need a personal Paypal account. To accept more or less large amounts, full user verification will be required, including a passport scan (if I remember correctly). Further, in order to withdraw the received amounts in rubles, a bank account should be linked to the account - either an individual entrepreneur or a FL (settlement or current, you can card). Further calculate and pay taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget in accordance with the chosen scheme - for example, for individual entrepreneurs - simplified tax system 6% from income, simplified tax system 15% from the difference between income and expenses, for individual entrepreneurs - 13% from income (only for one-time payments, otherwise - illegal entrepreneurial activity). If income exceeds approximately 600 tr. per year, IP insurance payments are fully deducted from the USN tax, i.e. with a simplified tax system of 6%, the IP pays a total of 6%.

PayPal does not accept payments from foreign companies in favor of individuals and legal entities in the Russian Federation.
If the work is one-time and on the other hand they pay from a personal account, then according to the law it is necessary to pay personal income tax of 13%. The declaration must be submitted by yourself. These 13% can be returned in various ways (mortgage deduction, for treatment, training, iis)
. Taxes: patent (the cost depends on the region) + 27k contributions + ~ 5-10k bank and accounting services.
