Payment system working with physical. persons, for an online store focused on the English language audience?

Good day!
There are a lot of topics like mine, I read it here on the toaster, but I didn’t get a complete picture, that’s why I ask for help.
There is an online store focused on the English-speaking audience.
Shop on wordpress and woocommerce plugin.
At the start, I don’t want to register the SP, because I don’t know if it will be trampled on or not.
Question:
1. With the help of what system can you receive payments in dollars as profitably as possible and then either convert them into rubles with maximum profit and easily withdraw them, or withdraw dollars without any problems? huh, and with all this, what would it work with individuals?
2. Can a personal Paypal account be integrated into the site so that payments can be accepted from it? Woocomerce already has an integrated paypal payment option, but the settings are mostly focused on a business account. Has anyone experienced this and what would you recommend?
3. If there are problems with the first point, then just what is better to use in my case? through what to accept payments?
4. Are there trusted people abroad (namely in Finland) who can register Paypal through them?
And they write that the Premier account is suitable for receiving payments, but where and how to register it is not clear, or is it not available in the Russian Federation?
5. If you still opened an IP, is it worth working with a Paypal business account? Will it be able to properly serve the store? Or if you opened the SP there are better options?

work with paypal if the turnover is small, then it will be enough for a couple of years; if it is big, then the money will be quickly blocked for 180 days and will require you to open either an individual entrepreneur or LLC

I repeat what I already wrote. The most normal payment system, as for me, is the interkassa. Since March, a new updated version 2.0 has been released there and is constantly updated. There may have been some problems with it before, but now it generally works fine. There are practically no delays, a couple of days and then before the weekend. The most convenient thing is that it supports almost all payment services, from paypal to webmoney, including payment cards. The language support is also great. I have it, I have been working with the interkassa for 3 years already, there are no complaints yet.
