Is it possible to obtain copyright or patent rights to analytics in which software under the GNU GPL was used?

Good afternoon ! Question about law and intellectual property in geographic information systems. Our company does analytics and uses Qgis software (By analytics, I mean maps and reports). Qgis is distributed under the GNU GPL. Can we copyright or patent our analytics (including scripts, reports, maps, and everything else)? I just found out that if the software is under the GPL, then all its modifications should also become free
We do not sell modified software, but we sell analytics in which modified software was used (scripts written by us)
