How to bulk check jpeg images for copyright in image databases?

There are about 1.5 M jpeg images on the server. Images do not have author information in their metadata.
Most of the images were transferred to the site by the copyright holders, these are promotional materials.
But this is not reflected in the database and file metadata. Some of the images are downloaded from the Internet, there may be images with copyright.
Is there a way to automatically check files on the server for a license?
