Is it possible to mirror traffic on a proxy?

Good afternoon.
Is it possible to monitor the URL on some proxy server, if you mirror the traffic to the proxy server itself and also monitor the Active Directory users?
This is necessary in order not to prescribe proxy settings on user machines, since most of them work from personal laptops both in the office and at home.

It is not easy to understand your terms. As I understand it, the main task is that users work at home at work - and therefore I want to not touch the proxy server settings on the client device - they connected directly outside the corporate network, and inside the network - authentication and traffic went through a proxy.
So it is called - a transparent proxy. Dig in this direction.
The simplest configuration port 80 is wrapped transparently on the proxy server (where kerberos authentication takes place, for example), and 443 is better to open SNAT for the first time. (well, or get confused with the substitution of certificates, but it will be more difficult to just have a transparent proxy on port 80).
