Is it possible to migrate users with passwords from OpenLDAP to ActiveDirectory?

The company decided to transfer users. In general, there are no problems with this - it is not difficult to get a bunch of new users in AD through a Powershell script. The question is in the password - is it possible to somehow transfer the password from the user account from OpenLDAP to the ActiveDirectory account? Does anyone have similar experience?

Depends on how the password is stored. If not in cleartext or NTLM - no.
