Why is the mouse cursor wildly dull in idealC, netbeans, android studio programs?

There are no problems with these programs in Windows. But in Linux, none of them behave adequately. For example, when you click on a menu item on the main panel (File, edit, view ...), these menus are immediately closed, i.e. to select something in them, you need to hold down the left mouse button. But even if you do this, getting to some menu item in the dialog that opens is simply UNREAL, because in order for the item to get focus, the cursor must be far somewhere to the right or left, below or above this item = /
I even took a screenshot on which shows that in order to get to the "Copy" menu item, the cursor must be placed on the "Information Editor" item.

And such a problem only in these programs! NetBeans, IDEA, Android studio
There was a similar problem in QtCreator, but when opening a menu item, it opened much lower or to the left or right of the parent button, but at least it was possible to use it ... with the latest update, I don’t notice this bug.
What to do? How to be?
Mint 17, Matt. No composites running
