Is it possible to make scrolling uniform in Mac OS X?

That is, so that each click of the wheel scrolls the page in equal parts, for example, 4 lines, and does not work with “acceleration” when the first 2-3 clicks scroll several pixels, and then half the page.

There is a program (like a paid one) that allows you to customize the wheel and add. mouse buttons. It was called something like SteerMouse . Once upon a time, I started a 5-button mouse under MAC OS on a PC.

4k4 rightly noted, the program SteerMouse ===> the second tab of the Wheel.
Replace Acceliration Scroll with just Scroll, for example 2x.
and enjoy... ;)
