Hello!
Given:
There is unique content with cooking recipes.
More than 2500 articles, the author of which is a professional culinary specialist.
Frankly, I have an idea to create a blog with this topic (recipes) and try to make money with adsense or something like that. I don't have high hopes, but I want to try. Moreover, I have never tried to earn money in this way.
Do you think the idea is so-so or worth a try?
What to expect?
Can you recommend any strategy?
In any case, I will be grateful for experienced advice.

Hardly a clean site. Well, if only the site will be a supplement to the main blog on YouTube or another popular site that enjoys the attention of a solvent audience. But I think it’s easier to start a main blog on YouTube than to invent bicycles.
So the scheme is this:

3. add a link to paypal and patrion
4 conduct interesting streams with donations
5. When the blog gains a lot of subscribers, open the site
6. The site can be monetized with a paid subscription.
