Is it possible to make an online map of the city ala 2gis using the openstreetmap symbiosis + your own database of city organizations?

Now I am actively ruling my city on osm. The base of organizations of the city is also gathering dust. There is a dedicated server. I want to connect osm + base and make my own 2gis with compote and hipsters. If this is possible, I will be glad to provide links to articles and manuals.
