Is it possible to specify an employee as a task observer if the task has certain tags? for example, so that the designer sees all tasks where the "design" tag is added, and not only sees, but so that he receives a notification that such a task has appeared.

Theoretically, it is possible to write a module or code that would do this, but this is not regularly provided.
