Bitrix Why is the email not sent as an html template when filling out the form?

When filling out the form, the user should receive a message in the form of an html template and attach pictures. But it doesn't happen. I attached a mail template to the form and activated it. Without html code and attaching pictures - everything is fine and everything is sent.

Perhaps the hoster has a limit on the weight of the letter.
