Why doesn't PHP receive a post if there is no file on the server and mod_rewrite worked?
There are two servers: 1 - local, on the working machine 2 - hosting.
I make a request to a non-physically existing url with data get and post sent.
Mod_rewrite works, but on the local $_POST is empty, but there is data on the hosting.
Why is this happening and what needs to be done so that the post is both there and there.

In general, it turned out that the mod_rewrite module for apache was not enabled on the local server.
