Is it possible to make an isolated account in windows?

Hello.
I would like to make an account on my personal computer, on which I could do work, but this implies the installation of any corporate tracking software and clients like OPSWAT to check the compliance of policy / security equipment, etc.
Will it be possible to somehow isolate this account from the main personal account and from other hard drives in the system?

No no and one more time no. If ANY spyware begins to appear in the case, then this is only a virtual machine. Any program running as an administrator can access ANY computer data.
