Is it possible to make an Instagram bot linked to an account via API that will auto-post?

When registering a Bitcoin wallet, you need to specify 20 words (seed phrase) + password.
Is it possible to make such a bot that will generate a bitcoin wallet itself, accept payment from the owner of the Instagram account (to which the bot will be attached via API). And after that, automatically post these words (seed phrase) in stories according to a given algorithm.
For example:
A blogger wants to keep his account active, he attaches a bot to his Instagram profile, then tops up the bot's balance for any amount. The bot generates a wallet, replenishes it, and starts posting the seed phrase in stories in parts. Subscribers, in turn, follow the news and try to enter this wallet with money.
Question: Is it even possible to do this? I heard that Instagram is struggling with bots and blocking such accounts.
