How to track the translation of a page using the google chrome extension?

How to use the chrome extension to find out that the user has translated the page and into what language? Searched in api, but nothing. Or maybe there is an option how to "cheat"?
And in general, is this possible?

Put PIWIK, this is statistics similar to analytics and metrics, it shows the referral incl. and google translate and similar services.
