Is it possible to make an announcement description from a detailed one when importing into an ifoblock?

Good day everyone, tell me, is there a csv file in which there is a picture, a title and a detailed description.
It is necessary to add a part of the detailed description to the announcement.
Is it possible how to do this?

When importing, specify the link in "announcement" = your "detailed description"
