Is it possible to make access to a usb-modem from the Internet in Mikrotik routers?

I want to buy a Mikrotik RB952Ui-5ac2nD, I'm interested in the question:
I have a Kinetic router, where the KeenDNS service is implemented, which allows you to access the router and the usb modem from the outside world without a dedicated ip address. Lack of knowledge or a feature of the modem + router bundle did not allow me to implement access to the modem via vpn. I could get through to the router, but not to the modem. (modem e3372). Therefore, I used the KeenDNS + service, where it was still possible to set a password to enter the modem's admin panel.
The modem has the address 192.168.8.1, the router has 192.168.1.1.
All this is necessary in order to send free SMS from the site for authorization using api.

Will it be possible to implement something similar on Mikrotik - is it possible to reach from the outside world to the modem plugged into Mikrotik via vpn?

Can! In Mikrotik Vpn access seems to be for access with a dynamic IP. Route add route 192.168.8.0 to the LTE interface, try to set arp proxy.
