Using public IP addresses for PPPoE server Mikrotik?

Good afternoon! Gentlemen, help advice / decision. There is a local network, it is necessary for some clients to issue white IP addresses. PPPoE was recommended. Actually, I read, poked - set up. The client configures the router, enters a login / password, connects. BUT! If you make a request from outside, we get as it should, at the public address on the web interface of the router, but if you sit behind this router on the network and check your external ip, then we see the PPPoE server address, and not the one assigned to the router. How to be?
