the group always has a number, in asterix usually group numbers go 1000, etc.
You just need to indicate the group number in the number and it will call everyone by default

No, you will unfortunately have to manually list all the numbers you need to call in the Dial command.
An alternative way would be to put all the required group numbers in one Queue with the ringall call parameter
