Good time everyone! I have a d link dsl 2640u, I'm at home, wi-fi is on and the PC is connected via lan. I would like to limit the speed specifically on one device, I know its poppy address, well, I can give it a static internal ip. Is it possible to do this through the modem settings or some software?
