How to find out what sites are viewed by a network user connected to the Internet through the same router as you?

They gave me an assignment at the institute. The essence of the task is to find out if there is a way to find out what sites a person is watching right now, provided that he is connected to the Internet through the same router as you. Access to the router and its settings, of course, is.
