As far as I understand, you need an agreement and an act of acceptance of work performed, an agreement when opening a current account and an act for each withdrawal of funds, which is basically impossible in working with ThemeForest, since there is no contact with buyers. I asked Envato support, they answered that they do not provide any contract, since in fact they are only intermediaries in the purchase.
There is a state of emergency on a single tax, but now the money is withdrawn to the account of an individual who was registered before the registration of the state of emergency. Do I need to open a current account and how if the bank does not open it without providing an agreement? What threatens me for the withdrawal of funds to the account of an individual and the absence of documents (agreement, acts)? I would like to avoid these problems, since now the withdrawal of funds in the eyes of the tax authorities looks like replenishment of the account by some foreign office of ThemeForest.

There seems to be something of a general tax - 15%. That is, what does not fit under a single tax (and without documents too), everything is ripped off by 15%.
