Is it possible to learn Rails without knowledge of Ruby?

I want to know if it is possible to learn Ruby on Rails without Ruby? Are there such books, textbooks? And would not refuse the link. PS Slightly, just a little, I know Ruby myself (beginning training).

In the company where I work, there are 17 more rail workers, and everyone started with rails. Ruby is a beautiful language, but there is nothing supernatural about it. It is enough to know the basics of OOP and have good experience in any other interpreted language.
