How to prepare a binary exe with Ruby 2.6 + my Windows gem?

I need to give an easy way to install Ruby 2.6 + my gem for Windows users.
Using ruby-installer followed by gem installation is long and complicated, I want to make an exe.
Found ruby-packer , but something fails to compile, and the project is half-life.
Is there any working way to package Ruby 2.6 + my gem?
