Is it possible to learn how to identify problems in the motherboard and power supply with a multimeter, if there is no boom in physics?
as I understand it, you need to know where what value each radio part, semiconductor should have, are there articles on determining exactly computer problems with a multimeter without knowledge of physics and radio electronics?
or advise what thread

It’s easier with a PSU, usually either problems are visually visible, or the operation of one of the elements is disrupted (for example, the capacitance of a capacitor has fallen, a breakdown of a diode, etc.)
With a modern MP it’s more difficult, without special knowledge and equipment it will be difficult to determine what the malfunction is
Another thing that usually the problems are the same, conders, chip dump, etc.
