How to find a function of two variables?

Hello, please help me find the function.
Task. The target is at a distance a (const) from the soldier. At a distance h from the ground. The soldier throws a grenade at her at a certain angle alpha . Need to find a function of two variables F(alpha,h) =?

Everything is simple here. We need to find the force with which to throw the projectile.
The projectile flies along a parabola, which is the sum of the movement along the X and Y axes. The movement along the X axis is uniform rectilinear, along the Y axis it is uniformly accelerated rectilinear. Accordingly, the coefficient for each axis is calculated through the sine and cosine of the given angle.
Next, you need to make equations of the coordinates for each of the axes through time. Make an equality out of them (the time of movement is the same) and solve a quadratic equation in a general form.
Get the speed function.
Well, then express the force in terms of speed. Problem level 8-9 class.
But for the last step, there is not enough mass of the projectile.
And the drawing shows the speed, but not indicated in the condition. So the problem is not formulated correctly.
If the initial velocity is given, then the problem is reduced to finding the mass of the projectile.
