There is a home router distributing Wi-Fi and a computer connected to the router with a cable. Is it possible to intercept traffic from devices connected to this Wi-Fi network?

No, between Wifi and the cable there is usually a switch that filters out packets with other people's MAC addresses.
If only the router is switched to Wifi whistle mode ...
