How to set up a home vnc server?
Hello.
I have an old but fully functional laptop. You need to make a vnc server on it so that friends who do not have computers (only phones) can use it remotely. Accordingly, it is necessary that after reboot the server rises automatically. I also want to install Linux right away with DE, because it's inconvenient to configure without a graphical interface. What distribution and DE do you recommend? Do not offer Gnome3, it is terribly slow even on a new laptop. And in general, how to do it all?
Thanks in advance
