Is it possible to integrate work with Word, Excel documents into my website?

There is a task: to add the ability to work with MS Office documents (in particular Word and Excel) to your service. It is necessary to give the user the opportunity to upload a document and then edit it on my site.
I saw a similar integration in Yandex Disk and Cloud Mail.ru, but I can’t understand how they did it, because they probably pay some kind of deductions (most likely not small) to Microsoft.
In general, advise some solutions, if there are no free ones, then maybe some paid ones but with an adequate cost. That's what I'd like to see

It's all free, don't hesitate to pay.
There are a lot of implementations in each language (php, python, js, etc.), specify which one, if anything, we will help you find libraries.
