The problem is that sometimes when printing documents in Word, printing does not work. I get the error "The Word application failed to print. No printers are installed." When you send to print via Excel in the status of the printer, the printer is not connected error. Although when there is such a problem, other programs print without problems: PowerPoint, Adobe Reader, WordPad, Test Page, Photos. The MFP is connected via the network, model HP LaserJet 3015 and 4015 The driver is downloaded from the HP website and the latest version. I will add OS windows 10 pro, MS Office 2010

Exactly the same problem was, also Win10 and Office 2010. I decided to run the installer and select "Restore" with a further reboot of the computer. So far, one day has passed since the decision, we'll see how it goes.
