Is it possible to install Windows 10 on one laptop and then put the hard drive in another?
The essence of the problem, there is a laptop Asus k70io
Intel Pentium T4200
4gb RAM
I wanted to revive the old man by installing an SSD drive.
The problem is that, for some unknown reason, installing Windows can take ~ 20 hours,
after the point where the local disk is selected for installation, the point is copying the files, and then preparing the files for installation, and so at this moment it freezes tightly, in terms of the fact that 1% can be prepared in about 20 minutes, maybe longer.
I tried to change flash drives, and format a flash drive from different file systems, and from a disk, in all cases the problem is the same. At the same time, SSD has nothing to do with it. on a standard HDD the same problem.
And there is a laptop Lenovo z500
Core i3 two cores
6 gb RAM
So, what is the probability of a successful Windows download if I install it on Lenovo, and then move the same SSD to Asus?

In general, the situation is this, we managed to install Windows in this way, but for some reason the SSD is even slower than the HDD. I gave up the idea to revive this old man, it is easier to give it to the workshop for spare parts.
In order for Windows to boot, both computers must have the same hard drive controller. If they are different, then Windows will not boot. BUT it can be bypassed. After installation on another computer, you need to go to the device manager and remove the controller in the IDE ATA\ATAPI controllers section. Also in the registry, you need to edit several branches. More specifically, on request "replacing the motherboard without reinstalling Windows".
After that, turn off the computer and rearrange the disk to the first laptop. It will boot with a standard controller and you will need to install drivers for the controller that is in the laptop.
It is necessary to remove the devices in the device manager before removing the disk: the hard disk itself, sata channels.
Loading on a new laptop will be long, because. the hard disk driver will be installed.
It's possible, he did it himself.
At the same time, I rearranged from AMD / AMD to Intel / Nvidia.
Tried to make the installation flash drive with the original program?
