Is it possible to install ubuntu 18.04 from local pxe repository?

Installed a web server, added a signed https certificate of the organization to it.
Inside the web server I put 120Gb amd64 package files and updates using apt-mirror.
I checked that the server itself is updated from its own repository. Using https;// in the browser, the site opens, also, nslookup will resolve the required IP address.
I registered the path to the linux file and the initrd.gz file in the PXE server, booted successfully using the network, the installation menu opened, where I chose the language, layout and other little things.
An error occurred during the repository selection stage.
1. On the domain name my.repository.net, an error was given mirror does not support a specific release (bionic)
2. On the ip address, this error was not there, just the window for receiving release files hung for a long time.
What could be wrong? Netboot bootloader and local repository of the same version.
Is it possible that some non-standard ubuntu repositories need to be downloaded for this installation?

@imurd

1) check that you have the correct repository, to do this, boot from a USB flash drive and try to manually install ubuntu from it.
2) check the correctness of the received addresses in pxe (dhcp), the correctness of the download, etc.
And yes, pxe can be installed!
