Recommend cloud hosting?

I know questions like this have been on the toaster before, but they're over three years old. Interested in how things are now. I am considering the possibility of transferring part of the combat servers to the cloud.
Please recommend cloud hosting, the main requirements for hosting are stability and the ability to change resources (RAM, processor power) on the fly.

We use hetzner .
In my opinion, a VDS with an external gigabit, Core i7, 32GB of RAM, and two 240GB SSDs for 50 euros per month is not bad at all.
There are no problems with stability.
