However, one of them, I was going to transfer to wordpress cms, but it turns out that 102 tariffs do not have php, cgi, mysql, phpmyadmin, built-in cms, etc.

Actually, the question is, is it possible to deploy all this on your own at 102 tariffs? I ask, because how this is done within the framework of hosting, I do not catch up.

On this topic. I suspect that at 102 tariffs you can’t do what you want. I didn't see ssh there. No ssh - no php. And if there was ssh, then you can install php yourself or pay to have it delivered to you. But it will not cost "100 rubles per month of savings."
