Is it possible to install another OS on ipad 3?

Good afternoon. iPad 3 64 GB lying around.
It costs iOS 9+ and there are almost no applications left in the AppStore that support this version of the OS.
The question arose, is it possible to install Android, or something from Linux (Ubuntu for example) on this device?

The device is working and I really don’t want to throw it away. And how can you use it in this state - no ideas
