How to set up react-webcam under iPad.Chrome?

There is a web page that needs access to the camera (take photos). The react-webcam component is used, and everything is ok on the desktop. The demand came: to transfer the functionality to the iPad. In Safari, a request to confirm access regularly pops up, in Chrome\FireFox\Edge it does not work at all (the photo window is not displayed, no access requests are displayed).
Additional problem: I've never worked with Web for mobile phones, I'm poorly versed in the front.
Question: how to force any iPad browser to take photos using the camera, once giving permission to use the camera?
